Our Story
Founded in 2019 as the spirits division of SanTan Brewing Company (established 2007), SanTan Spirits leverages the brewery's expertise in fermentation and grain selection to create exceptional whiskeys and gins. The dual operation allows for unique barrel finishing using beer barrels.
