Our Story
Founded in 2018, Blue Clover Distillery focuses on farm-to-table spirits using locally sourced Arizona ingredients. Located in a restored farmhouse in Old Town Scottsdale, they combine traditional distillation with Mediterranean flavors and house a restaurant serving inspired dishes.
